We hope that this message finds you in good health and positive spirits during this difficult time. Over the past few days, our team has been closely monitoring recommendations set forth by the state and federal officials. We have come to a point where we are now forced to limit services to our patients. Based on the recommendations of the ADA, we will be operating on a limited basis.
Beginning Monday, March 13, 2020, our team will be servicing emergency patients only. For the health and safety of our staff and patients, we have classified an emergency as anyone experiencing swelling, pain or trauma. Elective services will need to be rescheduled for after May 15, 2020. Elective services include consultations, implants, extraction of wisdom teeth, and post-operative appointments. It is a necessary precaution as we care about the health and well-being of our patients, families, and team.
We do plan on resuming normal business operations on Monday, May 18, 2020 subject to local and federal government regulations. In the meantime, we are working diligently to contact all patients that are scheduled for elective services to ensure these services are properly rescheduled.
We look forward to us all recovering quickly from this unforeseen and unimaginable situation and wish you good health.
